Hi everyone,

A lot of my time, energy, and thoughts have been focused on him.

I am wondering what could happen if all of that rocking chair action could be put to better use.
The only difference between me and you, is their name.  I know this is BPD website.  And i took a 5 day or so break from here, i think it helped in that it was a tiny break from what i am focused on.
I dont know what is going to happen.

I need to take another silence break.  Maybe clean the house, wash windows, get a fun time-consuming project going.

My D26 makes her own weaved ribbon, intricate work, and you have to focus on that or it doesnt turn out.  I am thinking something that will give me a sense of accomplishment and well being.  Thank you everyone for your support!

Self care is essential. Withdrawing from activity at times can really help clear our minds. I hope you are able to find the mental rest that you need.

juju, be well.

Most of us are caretakers in our R/S with BPDs.

We lose sight of ourselves in being caretakers and don't self-care as we should.

Taking a break from any situation is good, and gives one the perspective of distance.
