Hello Luvtaytot
I'm sorry the path has been more than difficult for you these last 11 years, you've been through the ringer , you don't trust the system, your daughter has been kicked out, and dropped by counsellors, psychiatrist.
You say your daughter finally wants help, is a big, positive step. It sounds she's taking on her responsibility, is determined to find her way?
I'm in the UK, it works differently. I spoke with my DD about what she needed, wanted, felt safe with. We talked about the limited options. She wanted local outpatient services to engage with and she has, and most importantly she can go back to in the future, they know her and she trusts them. It's taken a load off me.
Has your daughter spoken to you what she does, does not want? Might that be a starting point, to finding right care for her?
I may be totally off piste am I?
