Hi Stressed Mumma,
There is most definitely hope
I'm so glad you decided to post and try out our group. I know what brings you here is hard, but I also know just connecting with others that "get it" can be such a relief.
I hope you will spend more time with us. All of the members here have someone in their lives with BPD/BPD traits. I have found the members to be really supportive, full of information, share their experiences, and ideas and the site itself offers tools that can help improve our situations.
When you have the chance check out the box to the right --> each item is a link to further information just click on whatever resonates.
Can you share more of your story with us? Do you have a son or daughter? How old? Have they been diagnosed or are they undiagnosed? Are there other family members involved... .your spouse, siblings, possibly grand children? What do you find you are struggling most with?
Let us know how we can help.
Take Care

Hi Stressed mumma
I would like to join
Panda39
in welcoming you here.
I know how daunting it can be to make that first post, especially when you’ve not done anything like this before, it was very strange for me when I first came here, but everyone was really helpful and supportive and the nerves I had about posting soon subsided.
It can be very hard sometimes for those close to us to understand, I struggle with this because some in my family have not witnessed the BPD behaviour of my uBPD son and consequently they think that he doesn’t have a problem. You have come to the right place, we all get it and totally understand what you are going through.
You ask if it ever gets better, to enable us to try and answer that question it would be helpful if you could outline for us if there is anything in particular that you are currently struggling with.
I look forward to hearing more from you x
