Am in a holding pattern, been catching the cold off and on at work.

nothing has changed.  there has been a lot of emails, nothing heavy, and i only reply, am not the initiator.

So, notwendy,

guess i am in the stages of grief.

Since I did my 5th step last year, one of my defects, taking things too seriously, and gripping vs. Open palm, I am being dealt with.

My defects, these two, seem to be being pried out from my core... .
