Hello, i'm looking for guidance on how to deal with my bpd ex and help my children deal with him. They are also having a hard time with the fact that we are incapable of finding agreement about many things. Stop walking on eggshells seems to be very specific to folks who have a "loved one" with bpd. I'd love specific advice for how to make everything less upsetting for my kids.
Thank you!

Hi Pamela.
Welcome to bpdfamily. You'll find a lot of support here.
How old are your kids? How long have you and your ex been separated, and what does the custody schedule look like? What kinds of things are you finding it hard to reach agreement on?

You'll fit right in here
A lot of us move to parallel parenting because coparenting isn't possible.
There's a ton of collective wisdom on these boards and finding this place was life changing for me.
What's one of the most urgent aggravations you're trying to navigate right now? Maybe we can help walk alongside you to figure out some effective solutions.
