Today I was walking along the canal and realized that I don't think of my exUBPDbf as much as I used to.  I said to myself "finally"!   

This thought was worth a post.

Hi Tsultan, and congrats on reaching this point 

I remember when my wedding anniversary came this past year, and I didn't even realize what day it was for three whole hours after I woke up  That was worth a post to me because it felt huge.

It's definitely a confidence-booster when you realize that there actually is some progress being made! I hope it gets even better for you from here

Lucky Jim, Yes! Greater happiness - I like that. That is what it's all about.  And I have it finally again. 

I'm doing okay.  Starting to feel good again.
