Hi Nicky, you don’t say, but I’m going to guess you are new here. I can see this is your first post, but wonder if you’ve been poking around for a while (many of us did this before deciding to share). Either way...Welcome!

I’m sorry you are going through a break up...that can be very hard. Virtual hug (click to insert in post)

There are really great people on here who offer amazing insight and help. I would suggest you share more about what is going on and why you ended up on a forum for BPD.

I am here seeking guidance on a very long marriage with an undiagnosed BPD (uBPD).  I have shared embarrassing, sad, scary, humiliating personal stories as well as some successes (enough? undecided).  I have received zero judgment, some much needed challenges to my own part of our dynamic, and tools to help improve my life (hard work, but have seen improvement...much  dependent on my consistency!). My point is this is a safe place to get feedback and help. Please share more, whatever you are comfortable with.

Will watch for your reply...

Welcome

I'm sorry you are working through a break up, yet I can assure you that you have found a group of people that "get it".

I hope you will share more of your story..

Best,
