How do you survive living with an adult daughter who refuses to acknowledge that she has a problem. She has mood swings and terrible frightening rages. My husband will not speak to her anymore because she threatened to stab him. I am emotionally drained and can see no resolution. She has all the signs of bpd.

This is tough and frustrating .  You are not alone.  Are you / your husband afraid for your safety( you stated her rages frighten you)?    I think one of the first steps that is hard but necessary to realize is you have as many rights as your adult daughter.  You have the right to put boundaries in place with consequences you can live with and enforce.  If possible, can you share a bit more about your situation?
