My undiagnosed BPD significant other has recently found an audience on TikTok of over 15k people who tell
This person they are awesome and that their spouse is soo lucky to have them. In the meantime, this person advertises themselves as married but talks with porn stars, single people and dances erotically for the audience. At times my significant other will even comment on their own post saying how awesome they are. It has turned the situation into an even bigger mess where I am asked to also adore my spouse with the same intensity and quality. It actually makes me ill. I’m struggling watching from a distance knowing they are creating a fake world that is not build on genuinely kind relationships. Everyone is interested in staring and watching 12 seconds of my spouse dancing in their half clothed body commenting how great they look. No one comments on this persons mental
Health or extreme narcissism. It is accepted and encouraged. Am I crazy for seeing fault in this? I am meeting with legal representation soon but until then I really am struggling to look this person in the face.

Can you stop watching social media and come here when you want to? I spent some watching my exes social media. I went hunting for it. It only hurt me and set me back. What has it done for you?

Wow I was just going to start a thread about social media.
Granted I am older. I’ll be 58 and male.
My wife (divorcing) is seven years younger.
I have Never been on social media (except this site).
Just don’t get it.  Really don’t find it necessary to put out into the world my everyday life.
And during the turmoil of my separation my wife would post crazy crap which of course my daughter would be aware of and tell me.
I just don’t get the whole society of it. Dirty laundry for the world to see.
Probably the only thing keeping me sane is staying away from that crap.
