Looking for family support

Tired.  Anxious.  Angry. Confused.  Guilty.  And trying to find a resource that will help my family deal with an adult child, who is living with us with BPD. 

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

I don't think I'm going out on a limb saying the feelings you've expressed are pretty common. The "eggshell" walk is draining! Being fairly new on this site myself, It's probably best at this point to direct you to the many resources available in the "tools" tab and the wealth of information/opinions/suggestions shared by others on the forum.
Most importantly, I want to say "welcome" and let you know you're not alone. Seeking help for yourself on this forum is a great place to start.
