My 15 yr old has a new diagnosis of BPD & depression.  It has been rough.I am devastated for her., Are there any good books you could recommend on how to parent this? Open for suggestions. Let me know what works for you guys. Also, how do you keep this from consuming you.
Thanks

Welcome!
The Library here has a list of suggested reading.  One book that helped me in the list is "Stop Walking on Eggshells".
We are glad you added us to your network of support.  What has worked for me personally  is reading up on BPD,  I also have my own therapist.  I also join 12 step programs for families such as Co Dependent's anonymous which helps with keeping focus back on us.  The meetings are online, free.  I do yoga once a week and am trying to increase my exercise.
Glad to meet you .

The National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder has been an amazing resource for me: https://www.borderlinepersonalitydisorder.org/

They have a video series for family members that introduces BPD in a way that was easy to understand: https://www.bpdvideo.com/borderline-personality-disorder-videos

Hope this helps.
