New to BPD

Hello…..our daughter has just been diagnosed with BPD she is 28. She was also diagnosed with  ADD when she was in elementary school so has struggled….now this new diagnosis on top of that.  We need help and guidance…Please.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders
