Damo, my oldest announced they were cutting me out of their life about 6 weeks ago. Since then I've felt shock, anger, intense hurt, frustration, confusion and everything in between. They're very close to their sisters, so of course the sisters have also gone no contact, though they haven't made a grand announcement (yet). Every day is excruciatingly painful. Of all the things I feared, and the futures I thought were possible, never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I'd end up here.
Is your daughter your only child? What circumstances led to this point?
I'm glad you found us. We're going to make it through this. Big hug to you.

Hi Damo
So sorry to hear this is happening to you. I know everyone's situation and story is different, but many people go through times of being cut off, then back, then cut off etc.
It is one of the most painful aspects of BPD particularly when you have put so much emotional energy into supporting your BPD child.
I hope it is not too long before you are part of her life again.
