My child is 25 yes old.  She was just recently diagnosed with bpd, along with other things.  She doesn't work.  Isn't looking into disability.   Lives in our second home.  When she moved in there about 10 months ago, she was on unemployment,  and now that she is finally seeking help for her mental illness, which was definitely a struggle, she isn't paying any bills.  My husband,  not her dad, is at his wits end.  I don't know what to do

julnel2015, you're in the right place. We see you here.

I so wish I had more time to post, but I have to make this quick.

As there are 3 of you involved (you, your daughter, and your husband), I wonder if this dynamic is at play for you guys?

Anything sound familiar?

Rest assured, there are ways things can get better. Perhaps hard, but they exist, and we can walk with you as you figure out what you want.

Cheers;
