Dreams...

My therapist seems to believe that when I have dreams in regards to my spouse wBPD traits, it's my brain working the thoughts & experiences into a more comprehensible system for me to digest, so that I can process what's happening. I can see that... But what sucks is, when I dream about my spouse it usually has something to do with her mistreatment and my lack of standing up / taking care of myself. The next day, my mood and energy levels are low, my thoughts are racing, and my motivation to achieve much is nil.

I appreciate my brain doing the hard work... Just wish it didn't the next day to recover.

Anyone experience anything similar? Any tips?
