Hi Shadow08
Don't feel bad - you have an enormous load to carry! I am glad there was an opportunity for help the other night for the crisis you had. It is difficult when people are under the same roof - and different generations can be even more difficult. I am finding this at the moment.
Welcome to a place where people understand just how challenging it is to journey with a loved one with BPD. Our journeys are all different, but we all know how difficult and exhausting the constant crises and demands can be.
Coming here is a great help for me - just reading posts and knowing that 'out there' there is a group of people who are facing the same or similar challenges. It also helped me realise how necessary it is to find some way of nurturing yourself. I hope you have found ways of doing this.
Thank you for posting. It helps all of us.
