What is something nice you have done for yourself recently, or a small thing that has given you a bit of joy? Sometime unrelated to bpd...you deserve it!

For the past year, I normally listen to e-books on what else, but BPD while I do yard work learning as much as I can about it - I think I am nearing a point of saturation, where any additional knowledge will impart little relevant material, as I perceive that I have a keen understanding of my pwBPD.  I was tired of doing that - so I put on some pop Christmas music and was jamming to that, it brought a smile to my face while I was collecting a cubic meter of mulched leaves from our yard.  It's a small thing, but it was enjoyable.  Previous week, I rode on the mountain (ebike), and all the fall foliage and stopped by some mountain streams and hung out at an overlook.

Self-care, whatever it is is so important.  I preach it, I live it, and I share it.  Thanks for taking time to mention this, as everyone 'deserves it'.

Take care with self-care.
