I am loosing my temper. I don’t know what I will do next. I was never the one to throw tantrums or to yell or break things in anger but I am now.

She gets in a dark mood, I am even darker. I don’t know what I am going to do next week or week after. I have big decisions and commitments ahead of me and in face of her tantrums I don’t know if I have it in me to control any of it.

Sorry to hear things are going in that direction. What boundaries do you have to protect yourself? If/when they're broken, maybe try saying you need an hour to yourself and simply step out of the room. That may save from any words or actions better left unsaid or undone.

And to reiterate ForeverDad's questions from the past thread:
Text resources:

741-741  Crisis Text Line & Counseling
988          Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

Her verbal attacks and manipulation may not seem to be Domestic Violence but words and emotional violence can be even more damaging than physical attacks.  Can you please contact your local DV resources?
In addition, tomorrow morning or Monday at the latest, can you seek to begin sessions with a local counselor who can assist you in starting recovery?  You're in no shape to do recovery alone, so take advantage of whatever local resources are available.

I remember feeling like this a lot. I did a lot of things I now regret and am not proud of. Completely out of my character. Try to hold on to who you are.
