Need recommendation for a therapist

Hello all,
I am searching for a therapist with experience in treating BPD and DBT techniques for my partner (or couple's counselling). Most of you probably know how hard it is to find a good professional with many years of experience, so that they know the ins and the outs of this particular disorder. I would be very grateful if you could recommend a therapist that helped you or your loved one. Thank you and have a good day wherever you are.

P.S. We live in Europe, so on-line therapy is the only option as there are hardly any therapists here specialized in BPD compared to, for instance, USA.
