Audiobook... Don't even have to read it. Listened to the entire book today. Talks about aost everything that we talk about here including disorder. Much about FOO stuff, healing, life in general. Some of it gave me the ground glass in the stomach feeling so I plan on hearing it again soon.

Perfidy - this is one of my top "go to" books - Road Less Traveled - 1st sentence... . life is difficult.
If there were 3 books I recommend everyone for SELF stuff, it would be Road Less Traveled, Four Agreements and The Shack.
