meeting my ex at 2

I have decided to meet my exBPDbf at 2 today and see what happens. I feel for myself I need to do this to see if I have feelings for him anymore. I am now scared to death to see him  . Can anyone share with me how it was seeing their ex after several months?

I have to see her every couple of months to see my daughter. I get a very uneasy feeling being around her and just want to get it over with. I use some of the tips i've seen on Nat Geo on how to survive an encounter with a wild animal and i don't make eye contact and keep my distance.
