Feeling kind of crappy just ignoring my exwBPD.

I miss that twisted b**** so badly... .  what a cruel joke! I wish I was different... .

Im supposed to be going out and single again, and hearing from her made me feel like ~.

no wonder people say to block their email address... .

I hate feeling tingly when I saw her name in my email inbox.

What a curse this is... .  I love a monster that I have to erase from my mind.

So frustrating... .  I feel like I'm marked for life.

I must say that somewhere deep in my mind... .  it truly believes that her and I will be together again.

Why is that? Does anybody else feel like that... .  even though rationally it is not going to happen?

Stoic, I think what you are feeling is pretty normal. This article speaks directly to what you are going through Surviving a Break-up with Someone Suffering with Borderline Personality Disorder [NEW]

I know it's hard. I just filed for divorce from my bipolar, ASPD, NPD husband. After 18 years of breathtaking insults and callousness, I wake up in the middle of the night thinking "maybe I was asking for too much. Maybe this is all really my fault! Maybe I didn't try hard enough!" etc, etc, etc, ad nauseum. And I KNOW better!

Try the article--it helps to understand... .
