I'm back 20 Min's from being gone just over 24 hrs and it has begun already. I AM SOO TIRED! AND I GO BACK TO WORK TOMORROW! AHHHHH. I don't know how to gain my energy back. He continues to kick me when I'm down. Figuratively speaking, this time. Any advice?

I find that it helps me if I can distance myself by grounding myself in the present... . focus my thoughts on my breathing, my surroundings, notice how my body is feeling at the moment (heart rate, tenseness, hot/cold), and to distract myself with activity (I wind up cleaning and singing). If painful thoughts enter my mind, I notice them as thoughts... . just thoughts. They don't hold any power, since thoughts are fleeting. They pass like clouds across a sky, drifting by... . I don't have to hold onto my thoughts if I don't want to. I can hold them lightly instead of tightly and allow them to drift away, to be replaced by the next thought, and the next thought... .
