Now I understand about the hazards of the 3 month mark during nc. We had a very brief recycle.

It was an interesting experience tho. I had detached more than I thought. Could see the behaviors more clearly without rationalizing them. Could feel the drain on my body and energy resources and patience.

I am happy it didn't throw me back to square one. Am regrouping but feel stronger overall. Twas a lesson learned.

Has anyone else felt a brief recycle after nc helped them to detach further?

Who ended it this time?

You saying after 3 months NC you'd detached enough to go back & found yourself thinking 'This aint doin it for me anymore' so ya walked?

Good god I hope I'd feel like that when I get to 3 months out!

If you'd detached sufficiently to see the rubbish & not rationalize it, why you calling that time hazardous?

Sounds quite like healthy progress & quite the opposite of hazardous!
