Another unrecognized number calling my phone.

Received another unrecognized local number on my cell phone.

I didn't answer it.

No voicemail was left.

This is already several times this has happened since she left me.

I wasn't getting calls like this when I was with her.

Most likely a family/friend of hers cell calling to see if I changed my number.

As I feared... .this will only increase.

She did in the NC period when she first left me too.

Similar behavior.

But with private numbers.

Staying NC.

I'm going to throw out another possibility... .it could not be your ex.  There are enough rogue tele-marketers where their number comes up that way and they don't leave messages.  I've been getting those calls lately, too.  Not sure if it's a new thing for them now.

Here's a thought... .if it's her borrowing a phone, call the number now and see who answers.  You don't have to talk to them... .you can just say you received a call from their phone and was wondering if it was someone dialing a wrong number.  If the call was made earlier, she probably wouldn't have their phone now.  It will at least put your mind at ease.

That could be a possibility too.

Only reason I think it is her is because she has done this before.

The disguised text I received that was made to look like spam has heightened my vigilance since... .that one originated 3 blocks from her house.
