I got past the Birthdays, The Anniversary, Christmas, New Years, Valentines Day etc etc In three weeks time It will be a full year since our break up after this date the cycle will be over.

I know its a mental thing but I feel so much more at ease now that I have gotten past all these dates and I accept that not only will my exgfwBPD never contact me again but it is also in my best interests. Just letting you know you can do it as well and my advice when you hit a milestone is just to remember it is not valid anymore try not to put too much energy into it. I think for me now that its been a full year I will think about her even less as there is nothing  else to worry about.

I guess there is no real point I just wanted to share.

Happy New Year!

You have done very well getting past those milestones, keep on truckin.

From what I have heard about my BPD ex, after two years of milestones, each one still causes him major psychotic meltdowns that those around him must endure.

I'm just lucky that I'm not there to see it.
