Can someone suggest some literature about trying to understand the whole BPD break up.  I find myself struggling to wonder the thought process of the BPD after a break up. Mine keeps texting me about how lonely she is without me... . etc... .

I need tools to help me get out this fog... . how things can go from that to this. Mabe I am in a state of disbelief. Reality for me right now is messed up. I would like to hear from any BPDs out there. What is your though process after a break up?

Have you read this article: https://bpdfamily.com/bpdresources/nk_a109.htm

Let us know what questions you have... . understanding what you are experiencing and acknowledging your feelings is the first step to detaching (see 5 stages to the right of this page).

Hang in there!

Hi cron65,

That link that Want2know shared with you was a game-changer for me.  It opened my eyes to the dynamics that were running during my relationship and after the breakup.

It was enormously helpful for me, and I'd love to know what you think.

The tools to the right of this page will help you get through the detachment process --->

Because of pwBPD's recent messages of missing you, it can make detaching harder. Here are some tools that will help:
