She emailed me upset and and we ended up speaking last night.
She was upset but it turned to everything was my fault and she started to get nasty... I just lost it... . told her she was an evil, manipulative bi### who needed to get help... . go f### randoms if you want and see how crap it makes you feel etc... Really let her have it. Now I'm the bad one and feel terrible.
I suppose it will help with no contact at least... she really hates me now. I want to apologise, but it's probably better to leave it. Just makes it even harder to now feel like I've been horrible...

Jb101,
It's still raw right now. You got triggered. It seems like our pwBPD know which buttons to push. You lost your cool, it happens to the best of us. Don't be too hard on yourself.
Best thing to do, is to leave her alone for awhile.
Have you considered no contact for yourself? To get out of the FOG, start the healing process?

This is definitely one of the reasons to stay nc. I know that if i see her and somethkng happens, I may nust chew her out and call her on everything she did. It might be burning bridges completely.
I am trying to avoid and just move on. Go nc. Keeps u sane.
