A quick bio... . married 24 yrs. thought we were just a dysfunctional couple... . last year I started counseling and became enlightened to the fact that my husband had something going on, I believe it is BPD... . SO, I have read several books about BPD what I am looking for now is a book on how to get my thoughts organized and get my feet on the ground. We are currently separated, but know that it is easy to get sucked back into the vortex. Suggestions please?

I just bought Feeling Good by David Burns, however its main concepts are to help therapy you heal through many different techniques, its very effective they claim saying reading that book can actually make people feel better without even needing therapy.
I don't know if that is what you are looking for though as you might be looking for something more along the lines of "dealing with a BPD spouse", yet you claim to have read many books. I guess I am unsure as to what type of book you are looking for, what do you want the book to do for you or you to get out of it?

It depends what you want. I wish someone told me at the start to concentrate on me and not understanding BPD.
Figure out what YOU want. If needed go for books on BPD and they help you understand, the stuff that had helped me the most is stuff on relationships in general ( ACT with love; Russ Harris ) and about how I can be a better person, how I can care for myself and respond to high conflict situations.
They recomended reading has some of these things listed but I recomend you ask yourself what you want and work on that first, what do you need to be happier.

The book that I got the most out of;
Stop Caretaking the Borderline or Narcissist: How to End the Drama and Get On with Life
by Margalis Fjelstad
I would recommend it highly simply because it explained beautifully my half of the dynamic. And I learned about my own behavior.
