Hi,

My dxBPDgf and I have been getting along rather well lately with the exception of the silent treatment earlier this week.

That got resolved (she apologized even) and problem soved.  Huge progress!

In the time apart I read the book the high conflict couple and suggested to her we work thru it together and she agreed that it would be a good idea:)

I am wondering if anyone else has worked thru it with their partner and how that went for them?   The book to me looks like an excellent resource and got good reviews.  I was just looking for some first hand experience and ant pitfalls to watch out for!

Thanks!
