Well, my uBPDexh is not on fb or instagram or anything (thanks God) but all his family is and even though I had de-activated my account before Christmas I still sneaked on to see what was going on in their family. I was afraid to unfriend them as I still wanted to somehow be apart of their family. Today I went on and re-activated my account and deleted the whole lot of them... .I had already deleted all my posts, pictures and set my profile to private. Feels good to finally take that last step for my mental health recovery!

I had to unfriend my ex, delete my instagram, whatsapp and block her from skype. It was tough. I know what you mean.
