Text from ex during nc

I'm on nc now with my udBPDex for only a few days now. I stopped trying to plead to her and make her understand etc. it's pointless. She threw me in the trash after a real solid friendship of three years and four months of a relationship. I was devastated and almost lost myself. I received a text from her today asking if I have something of hers. I don't think she really cares about the item but senses I'm detaching. You can read my otter posts for the full story. What should I do?

What you do depends on what you want.  If you want to stay out of contact with her, ignore the text and continue with you life and healing process.
