Hey guys.
I am not exactly sure where to start.
Long story short, I got fed up and started fighting back a lot.
The war happened, and now I haven’t seen or heard from her just over 3 weeks.
I booked a trip to Brasil for carnival, had an amazing time and have been doing a lot of soul searching ever since. I travel constantly, so it helps…
The ONE thing I keep failing at… Is I continue to look at her blog and Instagram. It’s like a crack addition.

Hi Caroscar,
Welcome aboard.
I am sorry that you are going through such a difficult time.
Separating from someone can be really hard. I understand the addiction of wanting to know what your ex is doing.
Perhaps you can share more of your story so we can help you better?

Hey Caroscar, Welcome! Three weeks is a relatively short period of separation so its normal to do some waffling back and forth, not to mention ruminating about your Ex through social media. What makes you think your Ex has BPD? Why do you think you are trying to maintain ties with her? what have you learned about your need to visit her blog and Instagram? LuckyJim
