I've sat down more times than I'd like to admit to write this, however never seem to quite do it.  I've been a passive user for the last year.  BU 9months ago and no contact for 4months.  She was unBPD, checked all the boxes, and some.

It was a colourful relationship to say the least.  Regrettably I detested who I'd become at the end, raging back, no grace, zero compassion.  Although only now am I able to dig abit deeper as the dust is settling.  The difficult thing about splitting is I either see her as 'love of my life' or 'ice queen from narnia' Smiling (click to insert in post).  I found myself relapsing the past week in picturing the 'love of my life' and surely the chaos and all that came with it wasn't that bad?  We know the answer to that... .

All I really wanted to say was thanks.  Thanks to those of who whether in the midst of chaos, coming out of it, surving it, learning to love the other, hurting, whatever it may be... .thanks for being brave enough to post here.  I have no doubt the discussions and comments on this forum helped me along my way.  The compexity and nuances of BPD are too much for one book or one person to explain and only those close and intimate enough to them can actually relate.

All the best, whichever path you may be traveling
