So daughter had a tiny bit of diaper rash going into Saturday. Ex picked her up and had her while I worked. At 9 that night when he dropped her off she had a horrible rash that had spread to her butt cheeks, 2 blisters on her right side, just looked like rug burn. Her diaper was soaked with diarrhea when I changed her. Less than 18 hours later he texted:

Him: Hey guys, did that rash clear up on her?

I didn't respond until today.

Me: Diaper rashes like she had Saturday night don't clear up in less than a day. It is almost gone now I am making sure to keep her dry, she will tell you when she has pooped, this helps keep her in clean diapers.

Him: It was actually a rash she had when I picked her up Thursday and it had gotten better every day. I gave her a bath Saturday. I was concerned and was looking to see that it was getting better is all. Thanks for the knowledge on diaper rash though. Loves asking her and she knows. Super funny and rewarding. Super cute. I am being a smartass on the diaper rash knowledge humorously Laugh out loud (click to insert in post). Please don't be or get upset. I hope you two have a great Monday!

Me: Saturday night it was much worse it had spread outwards and there were welts on her right side. I have taken pictures to see the progression it is much better now and I will continue to treat it until it's gone.

Him: Well that's weird and all, it was getting better Saturday. I bet you will take care of it until it clears, no doubt. Great job with it. Taking pics Laugh out loud (click to insert in post) I open her diaper every little while and see if it is irritating her or getting better. I suggest letting her run bare butt for a bit. That would be awesome if you could, just follow her around pale and scoopy Laugh out loud (click to insert in post). She's wonderful. Good job, mummy!

Me: She usually does have some diaper free time every day now but with a rash she tries to itch and rub it and I don't want anything irritating it worse and there's cream on her.

Him: Ya I don't let her go bare bottom because of the cat hair.

Do I really have to take pics to document this stuff? It's not the first time there have been diaper rash issues. I know kids get diaper rashes, it's his attitude I can't stand. And that he rides around for hours in his car with her, and that is contributing to her getting rashes.

Is this a recurring thing?

Do you have a pending case to show this evidence?

In the past I have been hyper-vigilant about documenting. The problem is, the documentation pile became as tall as my SD and it was too much to show to the court. Almost nothing ended up shown to the judge.
