I discovered Jordan's videos on my quest to understand my BPD man. This video revolutionized my communication with him. I can't stress enough how learning validation skills are essential in communicating with someone with BPD. This video is awesome!

Yes Jordan is great! I personally reached out to her and she answered alot of my questions. She's really nice. And she gave me so much hope that I could have an actual fulfilling relationship with my man. We still got alot of challenges but with consistency the right tools and love... .it actually is working very well!
