About a month ago me and my ex broke up i just recently found out that she has BPD and most of the arguments that basically came out of "no where" actually came from a different place. She knew that something was off about her actions which leads me to believe it was broken off for my own good. I wish to contact her to try and make peace but am hesitant to face the inevitable hateful phase. How can I approach contact?

I experienced those out of no where melt downs and arguments too. It confused the heck out of me as it probably did you as well.
What makes you think she suffers from BPD? :)id she get a formal diagnosis?
I recommend reading this short article if you haven't already to see if she fits the BPD model (so to speak).
Is it Borderline Personality Disorder?I can understand the desire to contact her, to get some answers and a peaceful resolution. What are you looking for from her if you do contact her?
