My BPD ex boyfriend

My therapist jokingly called me a borderline today because I need her then push her away! Cheeky cow! I thought it was an insensitive joke actually.
The fact is I needed her six weeks ago but I'm now not sure how the sessions are having an impact on my progress. If my progress remains static, what's the point? So I told her that I don't want to book my next appointment to have time to assess my needs for the next session. I think she took offence!
I had to start a new post because I reached my limit. Hope my advisors (hope you don't mind me calling you this) like bestintentions and heeltoheal find this!

Yep, found you Brum. So how would you know if you're making progress in therapy, how do you measure it?

Brum,
I'm here reading every day
Do what you feel is best with your therapist. I am seeing mine less frequently these days as my emotional mind is getting more in sync with my rational mind, but I still value the sessions tremendously. Keep posting!

Hi Brum,
Do you feel like it's not working with this T? Do you feel like you synchronize with her? Do you feel like you trust her? Take care of you, if you don't sync with this T, find another one that you like.
