Hi, still fairly new to this. Husband diagnosed 7 months ago. Still waiting for treatment sessions to begin bull ready on medications. Ian really struggling with the feeling of loneliness and how to cope with the outbursts.

Do you have kids? BPD traits are triggered in times of stress, some things we can control through how react by becoming knowledgeable about the disorder and other things are completely our of our control it's best to take a time out for self protection, you'll find lessons on the right side of the board -------------->
