I'm not one to diagnose someone else as I am not a doctor, but I have concerns and I'm looking for help.  Figured this might be a good place to start

Hi SammyB14, you are welcome here.

We are not here to diagnose anyone either. A lot of members do begin to notice certain patterns and identifying them can be very helpful.

So, yes, this is a very good place to start. Why don't you tell us more about the relationship that has brought you here and what you are looking for help with?  We all help each other here and rely on the sharing of stories and our feelings about them to assist us in getting through to the next stage, whatever that might be.

Have you had a look through some of the tools here in the banner on the right?

Looking forward to learning more about you, Sammy. Take care

Hi SammyB14,

Welcome

I'd like to join VitaminC and welcome you.

What we can look at are BPD traits and we can have boundaries for BPD traits and bad behaviors in general.

How did you hear about BPD?
