Hi Jamies01,

I am so sorry to hear you are having such a rough time currently. BPD is very difficult to deal with, but you’ve come to the right place, 75 thousand of us, having similar experiences. But it would be helpful to know a bit more. Just don’t use real names or places and no one will ever know it’s you asking the question.

You mentioned the NHS has abandoned you, I maybe able to help here. I know the NHS well, so I know that you can easily fall out of the loop. Sometimes there are charities that fill the gaps the NHS has no resource to. So if you could tell me more about your issues with the NHS (I’m assuming you mean the one in the UK). Happy to help but please help me better understand your situation. Welcome to the forum.

Hi Jamies01,

Welcome

I'd like to join HappyChappy and welcome you to bpdfamily. I'm sorry to hear that, I can relate with the anxiety and stress caused my a pwBPD and the emotional intensity. I'm assuming that she's not getting help? Is she diagnosed with BPD? What do you for self care?
