I'm new, and you guys were right there in the darkest.

We're in a baseline now... .but I'm here listening and learning>... .so many tears, so much grief, weight on mind, shoulders (and body ) these 7 months. I'm here, listening and learning... .

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Thanks for your post and thank you for being here

In a way we are all in this together and by sharing our experiences and supporting and advising each other, this difficult journey with our BPD loved ones will hopefully become a bit more bearable.
