In-person support group (Ithaca, NY, New York, NY, or northern NJ)

Hi all,

I am at a point in my recovery from being parented by a single BPD mother that I would really love to be able to share, in person, experiences and stories with others who've gone through the same thing. I'm wondering if any of you have taken part in an in-person support group for children of parents with BPD, and if anyone knows of such a group in Ithaca, NY, New York, NY, or northern Jersey. If none are already in existence, would anyone be interested joining if I wanted to start one? I feel pretty alone in dealing with my past experiences and think it would help if I met/talked to people who truly understand.

Also, if you're involved in such a group elsewhere, how is it administered and how did you find one?
