Hello there Smiling (click to insert in post)

I plan to use this group as a resource for clients and peers that need support for BPD relationships.  Of course, I will also be using it for myself as my mother is currently giving me the cold shoulder.  Sigh...

Thanks and glad to meet you all.

Hi, bridgesfree78!    Allow me to join Mutt in welcoming you.

As you may have already discovered, there are some tremendous resources here that I've found helpful that you may also find helpful.  Start exploring by checking out the links on the right side of this page.   Bullet: important point (click to insert in post)

Participating on other people's threads by sharing your thoughts and experiences is another great way to learn.

Echoing Mutt here, would you like to say more about your mom?
