Hello board , i've known of this board for a while , years actually, but don't think i ever joined in the past.  I hope its still active in this day of facebook dominated online discussion.  I don't have the energy to write everyhing out but yesterday led to some very troubling events.  I woke up feeling so sad.  Anyway, to be continued ... Hi 29days and welcome!  I am glad you decided to post and hope you will share more when you are feeling better.

We are a very active community here and you will find we are supportive and understanding as well.  The great thing about this board, IMO, is that this is a place where we can work on us and get feedback and support from people at all different places in their own healing. 

So when you can, share more, post in other peoples threads ... .in other words, feel free to jump in.

Hi 29Ways,

I remember clearly the night I first found bpdfamily.  It's been years since.  Along that journey, I have plugged into the site and out.  (In was when there was a surprise or a big change.)

It's amazing you have had the strength to sign in.

This particular weekend for me has been a milestone in finally moving past all the pain and chains of my own scenario.  Key to me being able to make this journey was being able to sign into BPD Family, share my thoughts, and get amazing support.

You've got two bpdfamily rockstars replying to you - they are wise, kind, and supportive.

I'm just a regular member; I can tell you that you've come to the right place.  May you find the guidance, support and resources to help you in your own journey.
