Hi everyone, just recently separated from my spouse of 17 years, who I strongly suspect has BPD. I’m hoping to gain insight into how to move forward and coparent with him, while also setting appropriate boundaries. Thanks for reading.

Hi Growingpebble,
How long have you been separated, how old are you kids, and is there a custody order? Love to hear more and how best we can help. What do you feel are major issues at this point?

Hi Growingpebble,
17 years is a long history is this your first separation? We have tools here that help with r/s (relationships) and communicating with a pwBPD if you're interested in that. If a r/s is not working it's a good idea to try a different strategy
