I need some advice, I am helping my boyfriend 's legal team with his divorce. At this moment he has been going through it for over three years. But, he started his exit 6 years ago. I have known him for two and a half.

As you know God's are hard to divorce, but my situation is difficult to say the least. My man has been in so much stress his memory is failing, his health is heading down hill, he is losing his money at $1000 to $5000 a month, his lawyer is seemingly giving up, the magistrate never did his job, the disclosure arbiter is stalling because he actually thought he could get her to give him her disclosures. But, all she did was give him things showing him that my boyfriend 's company, that the courts out him in charge of owes the company the courts out her in charge of. Then the arbiter actually thinks that by making his company pay into a trust will get her to give up her disclosures.

My issue now is, how can I help, or get the lawyer to see that HE has to force the arbiter to take back the property investment company and give it to my boyfriend and mandate him to prepare the taxes she has now not filed in three years.
