Hi there, I used to post here alot but not posted for a long while now. Cant find my old posts to add this to but I need some advice. Me and my ex wife eith bpd broke up a year ago. I moved back to the UK from America and not heard from her since. We still have a car loan together inAmerice and are still officially married but nothing else. Anywya she has been complaining she's been having to pay the car loan and ranted on to me the other day about how bad of a human I am, she's dating better guys so I decided for the first ever time to give her a taste of her own medicine and responded saying what I'd done for her to support her over the years. She didn't take It well and sent me anoyher message ranting away back. Then another one shortly after saying she knows where me and my family live and I deserve everything that's going to come to me. Happy 2020. So now I'm. Worried she's going to do something to my family... Anybody ever received any other sorts of threats? Should I go to the police? I am. Completly over her now and jjst want the divorce and her out of my life tjrwn she sends this about my. Family. Don't know what to do...

in general, as good as these things might feel in the moment, they can escalate long standing conflict.

what do you think the likelihood of her following up on a threat is? does she have a history of doing so?

whats the story on the car loan? it sounds like thats the place of frustration between the two of you.
