I'm enmeshed in a drama Triangle with my partner and another woman. I'm falling into the victim role and need concrete steps to step out of this and into a healthy pattern. How do I center, recognizing the problem, find a solution and have peace and maturity? I'm frustrated and confused how to interact without this dynamic coming up!

Nia354, you're in a rough spot, but there is hope.  Doing the right thing (click to insert in post) "Involvement in an unhealthy drama triangle is not something another person is doing to you.  It's something you are doing with another person or persons."

What role do you usually play/are you asked to play on the triangle? Victim feels powerless, Rescuer feels compelled to fix, Persecutor blames.

What roles do your partner and the other woman play? Can you give us a scenario so we understand how it plays out?

If you haven't already, check out our article on the Karpman drama triangle.

Hi Nia354,

I’m sorry that this is happening to you. I can I set stand how stressful that would be to be in the middle of the drama. You ask a good question the way to get out a drama triangle is to move to the center of the triangle.
