Exactly what I needed

Well my exBPDgf informed me via text today that she has met a new special man and that she has moved on. This just 3 weeks after she was begging and pleading with me to move back in with her. It actually made me laugh out loud.
This was what I finally needed to be able to move forward and break any emotional ties or sorrow I still felt for her. I feel like I am free. I kept the text because it just makes me chuckle. Poor guy!
I AM FREE!

Finding happiness -
That is just ridiculous. It baffles me how she felt like she needed to inform you of this and yet doesn't see how transparently immature it is. She is literally sticking her tongue out at you and saying, "SEE? I got invited to someone else's birthday party so I don't want to go to your dumb ole party anyway!"
I can't figure out how all these people find new people to hook their claws in so quickly. I am not unattractive and haven't been asked out since he left me seven months ago.

you answered your own question Cookie!
Yes she is immature. Emotional development was arrested at the age of 3!

Cookie, how did she get her claws into you? Would you consider a willing participant?

The mere fact that she felt it necesary to inform you of your new beau tells you everything you need to know. It appears as if you are handling it properly. Most guys would not receive such news as well.
Keep up that positive attitude and never look back!
